Single and Three-Phase RCD Tester with Dual mA and ms Display

The UNI-T UT586+ Digital RCD (ELCB) Tester is a 3 phase RCD tester that also tests single-phase RCDs. It works on single-phase, 3-wire and 4-wire systems from 100V to 440V, and its dual display shows the reading in mA or ms alongside the selected rated current. Test at ×½, ×1, ×2 and ×5, run an Auto Ramp or Manual Ramp for trip current, and start at 0° or 180°. The removable test leads, alligator clips and probes let you connect at a distribution board, while the plug lead suits socket tests. The CAT III 600V rating, over-temperature protection and wiring check add safety on site. For loop impedance, insulation and continuity as well, consider the UNI-T UT595 multifunction installation tester. Which RCD Tester Should You Choose?

Choose the UT586+ if you work with three-phase supplies or need ratings up to 1000 mA. For simple 230V single-phase checks, the UNI-T UT582+ single phase RCD tester is a more compact option. The supplied plug lead has a UK plug, so check it suits your sockets, or use the probes and clips at the board. This tester checks RCD operation only and does not measure loop impedance or insulation resistance.
