We offer Bank Deposit and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. Please note that delivery times may vary, and delays can occur.
Pickup & In-Store Purchases

    Order Pickup: Available from Rajagiriya on the same working day.
    In-Store Shopping: Walk-in purchases are welcome.
    Online Orders: Accepted anytime.

Delivery Timeframes

    Bank Deposit Orders: 1-2 working days.
    COD Orders: 2-3 working days.
    General Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched the next working day. However, delivery may take up to 4 working days.
    Out-of-Stock Items: Delivery may take longer.

Delivery Charges

    Flat Rate: Rs.500 for all orders.

Courier & Tracking Information

    Deliveries are handled by third-party courier services (PromptXP).
    We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
    Courier Confirmation: The courier will call before delivery. If the customer does not answer, the order will not be delivered.
    Islandwide Delivery: Available after payment via bank deposit or eZCash.
    Order Tracking: All PromptXP deliveries include a tracking number, which can be tracked at Promptxpress.lk.
