Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at nanozone34@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom products (special orders), personal care goods, hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases), sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the fastest replacement, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Cooling Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition.
