Dual-Mode RPM, Frequency and Surface-Speed Meter

The UNI-T UT372D Contact & Non-Contact Tachometer RPM Gauge combines laser-based RPM measurement with direct contact measurement in one handheld instrument. Use the non-contact mode with reflective tape for accessible rotating parts, or fit the contact attachment when a shaft, roller or recessed surface cannot be measured optically.

The UT372D measures non-contact RPM from 1 to 99,999, contact RPM from 1 to 19,999, frequency, revolution count and linear surface speed. It is suitable for motors, gearboxes, conveyors, rollers, textile machinery and other equipment where both rotational and surface-speed readings may be needed.

Important Buying Guidance

Choose the UT372D when you need both contact and non-contact measurement. The laser mode requires reflective tape and an accessible line of sight; the contact mode is better for recessed shafts or when a physical reading is more reliable.
