TASI TA652B Sound Level Meter with Data Logger, A/C/Z Weighting and USB PC Connection in Sri Lanka

Advanced Data-Logging Noise Meter with VA Colour Screen and Triple Frequency Weighting

The TASI TA652B Sound Level Meter is an advanced, feature-rich noise measurement instrument designed for professionals requiring comprehensive A/C/Z frequency weighting, a large VA colour display, and deep 1999-group onboard data logging with direct USB-to-PC connectivity. This is the most capable instrument in the TASI sound level meter range — suited to occupational health specialists, environmental engineers, and acoustic consultants in Sri Lanka who need detailed, traceable noise records.

Discover our complete selection of Sound Level Meters – decibel meters, noise meters, and SPL meters available in Sri Lanka!

The TA652B delivers 30~130 dB noise measurement with four selectable sub-ranges (30–70 / 60–90 / 80–110 / 100–130 dB), and supports dual power supply — three AA batteries or USB 5V — for flexible deployment in both field and office environments. A simultaneous ambient temperature measurement function (0–60°C), an AC/DC analog signal output, and a configurable upper/lower sound-and-light alarm make the TA652B a truly professional-grade tool at a competitive price.

Key Features

A/C/Z Triple Frequency Weighting: A weighting for human hearing exposure; C weighting for low-frequency machine noise; Z (flat/linear) weighting for unfiltered broadband SPL measurement
VA Colour Screen: Vivid, high-contrast colour display improves readability in bright outdoor environments and busy plant rooms
1999-Group Data Logger: Stores up to 1999 timestamped noise records onboard for transfer and analysis via PC
USB-to-PC Connectivity: Direct Micro USB interface enables fast data export to PC software for noise reporting, trend analysis, and compliance documentation
Four Selectable Sub-Ranges: Optimises display resolution for both quiet environments (30–70 dB) and high-noise industrial settings (100–130 dB)
Dual Power Supply: Operates on AA batteries in the field or via USB power when bench-mounted for continuous monitoring
Upper/Lower Sound-and-Light Alarm: Configurable dual threshold alert provides both audible and visual notification when noise exceeds or falls below set limits
Ambient Temperature Measurement: Simultaneously logs environmental temperature data alongside sound levels for comprehensive site condition records
MAX/MIN/Avg Measurement: Captures statistical noise parameters — peak, minimum, and average — throughout the full monitoring session
AC/DC Analog Output: Enables interfacing with external chart recorders, data acquisition systems, and signal monitoring equipment

Applications

Detailed occupational noise exposure assessments with full data logging and PC reporting
Environmental noise compliance monitoring with regulatory submission-ready data export
Construction site and infrastructure project noise impact studies
Acoustic testing and noise benchmarking for product development and QC
HVAC and industrial machinery noise verification with simultaneous temperature logging
Broadband noise analysis using Z-weighted (flat) frequency response
