SHAHE AMF-500 Digital Push-Pull Force Gauge in Sri Lanka
500N Digital Force Measurement Instrument
The SHAHE AMF-500 Digital Force Gauge is a compact push-pull force measurement instrument for measuring compression and tension forces up to 500N. It is suitable for quality control, product testing, assembly verification, destructive testing, and force measurement applications in industrial, automotive, electronics, hardware, textile, and manufacturing environments in Sri Lanka.
With real-time, peak, and first-peak measurement modes, selectable measurement units, adjustable alarm limits, automatic backlight, and a built-in force sensor, the AMF-500 helps technicians capture and evaluate changing push and pull loads during manual or test-stand measurements.

Key Features
- 500N Measurement Capacity: Measures push and pull forces up to 500N, equivalent to approximately 50kgf, 110lbf, or 1763ozf.
- Three Measurement Modes: Select real-time measurement for live readings, peak mode for the highest recorded force, or first-peak mode for capturing the initial breakaway or activation force.
- Four Selectable Units: Display readings in Newtons, kilograms, pounds, or ounces to suit different testing requirements.
- Upper and Lower Limit Alarms: Set measurement limits for pass/fail monitoring and receive a buzzer alert when readings move outside the configured range.
- Adjustable Minimum Peak Value: Filter or shield low-level readings below the configured minimum value when working in peak measurement mode.
- Adjustable Gravity Compensation: Enter the local gravity acceleration value to improve the accuracy of force and unit-conversion calculations.
- Automatic Backlight: Improves display visibility during low-light inspection and testing conditions.
- Automatic Power-Off: Configurable automatic shutdown from 0 to 15 minutes helps conserve battery power.
- Push-Pull Direction Display: The display indicates the direction of measured force for easier interpretation of compression and tension tests.
- Compact Handheld Design: Can be held manually or mounted to a suitable testing machine using compatible fixtures and accessories.
Applications
- Push and pull force testing of automotive parts, controls, switches, and mechanisms
- Insertion and extraction force testing for plugs, connectors, buttons, and fittings
- Breakaway force and activation-force testing for locks, lighters, valves, and operating controls
- Quality control of electronic appliances, hardware, and light-industrial components
- Tensile and compression checks in assembly, manufacturing, and product-development work
- Destructive and non-destructive force testing when used with suitable fixtures and a compatible test stand
Package Includes
- 1 x SHAHE AMF-500 Digital Force Gauge
- 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries
- 4 x Fixture heads
- 1 x User manual
- 1 x Warranty card
Important Usage Notes
- Do not apply a load greater than the 500N full-scale capacity.
- For impact-load testing, select a force gauge with sufficient capacity for the expected impact; the manual recommends choosing a model with approximately twice the expected impact load.
- Align the applied force with the gauge push-pull rod to help obtain reliable readings.
- Use suitable protective equipment during destructive testing.
- Use only undamaged, correctly installed fixture heads and compatible accessories.
- Keep the instrument within the specified operating temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions.
