The SHAHE 5121-150 Outside Groove Caliper is a stainless steel digital outside groove caliper with a 0–150 mm range. It is made for measuring the outside diameter of grooves, such as those cut into shafts, pins and other machined parts. These are areas that a standard caliper can struggle to reach. Use this digital external caliper when your work involves groove diameters. For general length, width and diameter checks, a standard caliper such as the SHAHE 5110-150 150mm digital caliper is the better choice. The 5121-150 is IP54 rated, so it resists dust and light splashes but is not for immersion. It switches off automatically when idle. It is for outside grooves only. For internal grooves and bores, choose an inside groove caliper from the collection. Every unit ships with the manufacturer's calibration certificate, batteries included and a one-year warranty.
