When temperature or humidity limits are breached, the RCW-800W instantly dispatches alerts via SMS, email, or voice call through the Elitech iCold cloud platform, ensuring responsible personnel are notified immediately — even when no one is physically present at the monitoring site. A built-in rechargeable lithium battery maintains continuous data upload for a minimum of 7 days during power outages, providing uninterrupted cold chain protection.
